How To Stop Worrying and Start Living

p 45 Complications of worry are: Heart disease, stomach ulcers, diabetes, arthritis...Worry can even cause tooth decay. I know of a patient who had a perfect set of teeth until his wife went into the hospital with a sudden illness. During her three weeks in the hospital he developed nine cavities brought on by worry!

John Milton said: "It is not miserable to be blind, it is only miserable not to be able to endure blindness."

When we stop fighting the inevitable, we release energy which enables us to create a richer life.

When we hate our enemies, we are giving them power over us...Our enemies would dance with joy if only they knew how they were worrying us!
